Saw a guy in Allentown run his whole crew off one legal pad and it got me thinking
Stopped at a Wawa in Allentown last Tuesday and watched a foreman pull a folded legal pad out of his vest with every punch list item, sub contact, and change order written in pencil, and I've been second guessing my $40 a month project app ever since, so what's your system, paper or phone?

Remember when everyone thought email would kill paper? Now I see guys screenshotting their own texts to remember what they told a sub last week, so who knows.
