We had trucks stacked up on 3rd Street for two mornings straight because the gate guy couldn't check in and unload fast enough. I moved all the rebar and block pallets to a staging lot half a block away and had the drivers drop there first, then shuttle with our own forklift. Two days later we were signing drivers in and out in under 10 minutes each. Anyone else stage off site or do you just eat the gate delay?
