Had a week where three clients actually admitted I was right about grout

I been telling folks for months that their grout needs sealing at least twice a year or it turns into a sponge for dirt. Last Tuesday Mrs. Chen in apartment 4B finally called me after her kitchen floor turned brown in a month and said "okay you were right." Then another client sent me a photo of her bathroom grout flaking off because she used bleach on it. Three people in one week admitting I wasn't just trying to upsell them felt like winning a small lottery. Anyone else get that satisfying moment when someone finally sees the proof you were talking about?

Man that first one with Mrs. Chen is exactly the kind of thing that keeps you going. I had a similar moment last spring when a guy in unit 12 who'd been scrubbing his grout with vinegar for months finally saw me do a proper seal job and his jaw just dropped. It's that little victory where you didn't have to say "I told you so" because the evidence is sitting right there in front of them. Makes you feel like maybe people do listen eventually, even if it takes a few months and a lot of dirty floors to get there.
