Just found out my local concrete plant delivers 3 hours earlier than I thought
I always showed up at 7am for pours but turns out they start rolling at 4am. Checked their website on a whim last night after a bad schedule day. Has anyone else missed a window because you assumed the wrong hours?

A buddy of mine showed up at 6am once and they'd already poured the whole slab by 4.

Four hours seems like a pretty big gap to me too. From what I've seen, most crews I've worked with schedule pour times pretty specifically to avoid that kind of confusion.

Three hours early seems like a pretty big difference, but honestly that's on them for not having clear hours posted somewhere visible. Most places I've dealt with have their schedule plastered all over the site and signs... sounds like you just got lucky with the timing.
