Rant: That moment my multimeter battery died mid-diagnosis at the worst time

Last Tuesday I was on a service call in a basement off Maple Avenue, tracking down a short on a 3-year-old HP desktop. I was about to check the PSU rail voltages and my Fluke 115 screen just went blank. Took me 20 minutes to find a CR2032 in my bag, and by then the client was hovering asking if I was done yet. Has anyone else had a cheap tool fail right when you needed it most?
