Hit my 500th pour over this morning using the same $18 kettle from 2022
The little gooseneck I picked up at a shop in Portland three years ago finally has a worn spot on the handle, and I realized I've made about 500 cups with it since then, so now I'm wondering if anyone else keeps a mental count or tracks their brews some other way.
