Barista swore my grinder was fine, 3 weeks of bitter shots says otherwise
She told me my burrs were sharp enough at the shop on 5th Ave, but after I finally checked the alignment with a marker test, there was a clear 2mm gap on the left side and now my espresso actually tastes like chocolate instead of ash, anyone else trust the pros too long?
