I have been messing with a beginner Python course after work, and the first real thing I tried was a tiny script to move every .jpg in my downloads folder into one spot. I ran it on an old backup folder from 2019 not thinking much, and it turned up 47 photos I thought I lost when an old laptop died. Now I want to know, what was the first script that actually did something useful for you?
