Hot take: stop putting cold butter straight from the walk in on the flat top
Watched a line cook at our spot on 5th melt a whole stick at once and it popped and burned in like 20 seconds, wasting half of it. Just let it sit out for 10 minutes first, has anyone else had to train this into a new hire?
