I hit 200 resume revisions this month and that number honestly made me stop and think

I never realized how many times I was tweaking the same job history until I counted them up last week, and it made me wonder if anyone else has a number that shocked them about their own career habits?

That's a heavy number but I get it. The way job applications work now you're basically trying to guess what each company's robot wants to see. Four years ago I had a similar moment when I realized I'd rewritten my entire resume from scratch about 15 times in one year and still wasn't getting callbacks.
