That attic job in Tempe last Tuesday had me crawling through blown-in insulation for 3 hours because the homeowner swore the old line came up through the floor.
Ever had a customer give you such bad info it turns a simple drop into a full-day nightmare?

Man, that sounds rough. I started taking pictures on my phone before I even start the job now. Had a guy point at a wall and say the panel was right there, but it was actually on the opposite side of the house. Showing him the photo saved a huge argument and a ton of wasted time. It’s just a habit that makes the whole thing go smoother.

Always verify the customer's info with a quick visual check before you commit. Homeowners remember things wrong all the time, and it saves you crawling around in a mess. A five minute look can prevent a three hour headache.
