Counted 42 doors in my shop that need redoing because I trusted a $19 hinge jig
Got lazy six months back and used the jig on a 40 door run for a builder in Dayton and now every one of them sits a hair off at the top, so has anyone found a jig in the $60 range that actually holds square or am I better off going back to chiseling them by hand?

A bad jig doesn't usually cause every door to sit off the same way.
