PSA: My smoke alarm saved me 2 weeks ago after I walked away from a pan of oil on the stove
Heating oil for fries at my place in Boise on a Tuesday night, ran to grab my phone, came back to flames hitting the hood, and now I keep a lid and box of baking soda right on the counter next to the stove, so what's your go-to for smothering a grease fire before it gets out of hand?
