Hit 100,000 miles on my old Honda in the middle of rush hour traffic yesterday
It happened on I-35 right near the downtown exit around 5:30 PM. I glanced down and saw the odometer roll over to 100,000 just as I was stuck behind a semi that wouldn't move over. Felt kind of special for a second, then I realized I still had 20 minutes of stop and go ahead of me. Has anyone else had a milestone moment happen at the worst possible time on the road?

@cole994 nailed it with the "small win just to keep your sanity" part. Every time something like that happens I feel like the universe is messing with me just a little bit. Like hey here's a cool moment now go back to sitting in traffic for another 20 minutes. I think the worst part is you can't even celebrate properly because you're too focused on not rear ending the guy in front of you. Still hits different when you see those numbers roll over even if it's in the worst spot possible.

Funny how life saves those little moments for when you're stuck doing nothing. It's like the universe knows you need a small win just to keep your sanity in rush hour traffic.
