Appreciation post: the week I found $312 I forgot I had set aside in my Chase savings
Ngl last Tuesday I was digging through my banking app for a receipt and spotted a savings sub account labeled 'car stuff' with $312 sitting in it from a transfer back in March. I had completely spaced on it. That money covered my brake pads and an oil change at the shop on 5th Street without touching my main budget. Has anyone else found a forgotten sub account like this, and do you keep it or just fold it back into your main savings?
