DAE tape a penny over your phone flash to stop night shots from looking washed out?
I shoot a lot of pics at my kid's soccer games under the lights at Garfield Field and they always came out with this blown out haze around every face. A guy in the stands saw me squinting at my screen and told me to tape a penny so it covers part of the flash and bounces the light sideways instead of straight on. Tried it with a dime and a quarter too but the penny gave the softest look, way less glare on sweaty skin. Has anyone messed with other coins or maybe a piece of foil for this?
