My buddy said ketchup on eggs is a crime, then he tried it and went quiet
We were at a diner in Amarillo last Saturday and I put ketchup on my scrambled eggs like I always do, and my buddy Dan acted like I slapped his grandma. He said it was ruining a perfectly good breakfast and I should try salsa instead, which is fair, but then he grabbed my fork and tried a bite. He just sat there chewing and said "okay, that's not bad" real quiet. I've eaten this combo for like 15 years and never thought twice, but him calling it a crime first actually made me second guess it for a second. Now I can't tell if salsa is the better move or if ketchup stays. What do you put on eggs when you want a little kick?
