Finally got the peanut butter and sriracha combo right after 4 tries
So a few weeks back I was at my buddy's place in Cleveland and we were messing around with weird sandwich spreads. I tried peanut butter mixed with sriracha and it was a disaster at first, way too spicy and the texture was gross. The ratio was 2 spoonfuls of PB to a full spoon of sriracha, which was a huge mistake. I tried again with half a spoon and added a tiny bit of honey, and that balanced it out perfect. Last Saturday I made it for three friends and two of them asked for the recipe, which felt like a small win. Now I'm wondering if adding a little lime juice would make it even better, or if that would ruin it. Has anyone else messed with spicy peanut butter combos and found a winning mix?
