PSA: Someone parked across 3 spots at my gym in Austin and left a note blaming the rain
Pulled into the gym lot on South Lamar last Wednesday and watched a silver sedan sitting diagonal across three spaces, wheels still crooked like it gave up halfway. The driver had tucked a note under the wiper that said, quote, "sorry, the lines washed out in the storm," which was weird since the lines were clearly visible and it had not rained in four days. I ended up circling for 10 minutes and parking a block away while three other cars did the same lap behind me. Someone eventually left a second note that just said "nice try" taped to their door handle. Has anyone else seen the "blame the weather" excuse used for parking this bad?
