DAE start taking pictures of the garbage truck that parks across the alley on 9th?
The trash crew on my block in Dayton leaves the truck blocking the whole alley every Tuesday at 6am, so my neighbor started snapping pics and posting them here. Now I park on the street the night before just to skip the mess. Is there a better way to get the city to actually do something about this?
