Hit 300 green beans from one single plant and I still cant believe it

Planted a Blue Lake bush bean in April mostly as an experiment, just one plant in a half barrel by the fence. By mid July I had picked 300 beans off it, counted every single one because my wife said I was exaggerating. The thing just kept flowering like crazy, I was out there every other day with a basket and it never gave up. For comparison my other 12 plants together did maybe 400 beans total, so this one was a freak. Has anyone else had a single plant that just outproduced everything else in their patch?
