Hit 1,000 hours of bench testing without a single rework today

I was going through my logbook this afternoon and realized I just crossed 1,000 hours of bench testing since I started this job two years ago. Not one of those jobs came back for a rework. It caught me off guard because I still feel like a rookie sometimes. My lead told me that was a solid milestone for someone my experience level. I guess all those late nights double checking pinouts paid off. Has anyone else tracked a specific metric that surprised you when you looked back?

The numbers don't lie" is exactly right, I'd track wire gauge errors the same way.

You ever notice how the same pattern shows up in other stuff too? I've been tracking when my coffee maker acts up versus when it runs smooth, and there's definitely a rhythm there. Numbers cut through the noise every time.

Kept a similar log back when I was getting into more complex builds. It really helped me spot where I was wasting time and where I was getting it right. The numbers don't lie, you know? They tell you exactly what you need to work on. Sounds like you got your process dialed in nice and tight.
