Vent: primer on this 2011 Camry went from gray to chalky white in 3 weeks outside

Shot SPI epoxy on a rear quarter at the shop in Tucson and parked it out back in the sun. Three weeks later that panel looked like a faded boat deck while the door next to it stayed dark gray. Bad batch or am I missing a reducer step in this heat?
