Paid $40 for a parking spot at the airport lots that was way out by the highway
Booked a spot at one of those off-site lots near Hartsfield-Jackson for a weekend trip. Their shuttle took 25 minutes to even show up, then another 15 to get to the terminal. When I got back, my car had a scratch on the bumper that was definitely not there before. Anyone else had bad luck with those discount airport parking lots?

My buddy used FastPark near LAX last month and the same thing happened. He waited 35 minutes for the shuttle after landing at midnight, just standing there in the cold. When he finally got his car, there was a big dent on the passenger door and a note from some random person who saw it happen. The lot manager just shrugged and said they weren't responsible for anything.

My buddy had the same thing happen at a lot near JFK... he got his car back with a scratched bumper and the front plate missing, nobody saw anything. The guy at the counter just handed him a clipboard and said "sign here to acknowledge the condition." Pretty much feels like these places know exactly what they're doing, they just don't care.

Oh man, that's TERRIBLE. I'm SO sorry your buddy had to go through that, especially after a long flight when you're just exhausted and want to get home. Waiting 35 minutes in the cold is bad enough, but then finding a dent and the managers being totally useless about it is just salt in the wound. It makes me SO mad when these parking lots act like they have zero responsibility for what happens on their property. Honestly it makes you wonder what you're even paying for if they can't keep your car safe or get you a shuttle in a reasonable time. I really hope your friend took pictures and is fighting them on it, cause that's just not right at all.
