Guy at the MARTA station told me to check my parking app before I pay the lot, saved me $40
I was about to drop $40 on a lot near the Arts Center station last Friday when a guy in a Braves hat stopped me and asked if I'd checked the app first. He showed me the same lot was $12 if you book ahead on your phone instead of paying at the machine. I tried it and sure enough, saved $28 on the spot. Now I'm wondering how many other lots around town pull this same trick, because I've been overpaying for years. Has anyone else run into this, and are there other spots in Atlanta where booking ahead makes a real difference?
