Stacked 200 moon shots last night, single frame never stood a chance
Been saving up for a real telescope camera for months. Finally got the ZWO ASI224MC. First clear night in Portland, I went out and took 200 frames of the moon. Loaded them into free stacking software. The difference is wild. Single frame looks like a blurry mess. Stacked version shows craters and the little ridges around them. Sharp as anything. It's like buying glasses for your telescope. Anyone else try stacking for the first time and shocked at the result?

Stacking really teaches you that most things in life are about combining small pieces instead of expecting one perfect shot. Kinda like how multiple bad days can add up to a good week if you squint right.
