The week everything went right at the wrong time

Last Monday my tenant finally moved out after 3 months of fighting, I found a leaky pipe behind the fridge that could've flooded the whole place, and my boss gave me friday off all in the same day. Has anyone else had a day where everything good happened but you still felt like you were just waiting for the other shoe to drop?

Spilled coffee on my shirt this morning. Ruined it. But then the barista felt bad and gave me a free latte. So I guess that's the universe's idea of a clean win. Still have a stain though.

Honestly, are leaky pipes and a day off really that deep? Seems like you got a bunch of stuff sorted out and a free Friday. Maybe the other shoe is just a flip flop and it's fine.
