That call where the homeowner asked me to install a keypad in their basement bathroom

I still wonder what they were so scared of in there, but hey, a paycheque is a paycheque has anyone else had a request that just made you stop and blink?

My uncle had me put a chain lock on his garage freezer once... still never asked why. Some jobs you just do and move on, you know?

Huh, I see it different though. @stellachen I'd definitely ask why before drilling into someone's freezer. That chain lock is keeping something in, not just keeping kids out. A freezer lock on the inside is a whole other level of creepy, like you're expecting something to wake up in there. I'd want to know what my uncle was storing before I started installing hardware for him.

Put a lock on the inside too, just in case they lock themselves in with whatever is down there.
