Toured the Pima Air Museum last Saturday and half the placards about engine work are flat wrong
Stood in front of a radial engine display for 20 minutes and the sign called magnetos 'spark makers' with zero mention of timing or the points gap check that actually keeps you out of trouble. If we want the next batch of A&Ps to take this trade seriously, who is actually writing these signs and have you seen mistakes at your local museum too?
