For years I used a flathead screwdriver to pop off those stubborn inspection panels until a new guy in Tulsa asked if I knew about the proper panel tool.
Oh man, that's the worst. The actual tool is a panel popper, it's got a flat, wide blade that won't bend. It's made for spreading the load so you don't crack the plastic clips.
