Took 3 weeks to figure out my air fryer was too small for meal prep
I kept trying to batch cook chicken thighs for the week and they always came out uneven. Finally counted and realized I was cramming 8 thighs in a basket meant for 4 max. Three weeks of undercooked middles and burnt edges before I just halved the batch. Now I do two rounds in 20 minutes each instead of one sad 30 minute mess. Anyone else fight with portion sizing for way too long?

Wait, you did that for three weeks before counting? That's dedication I guess but man, that would drive me crazy. I would have given up after the second batch.

Wait @wendyk56, honestly I feel your pain but at least you caught it. Tbh I did the same thing with my slow cooker for months trying to cram too much in and wondering why everything was watery. Once I cut the portions in half it was like a whole new appliance.
