Discovered you can reheat pizza at 350 for 4 minutes instead of guessing
Last Tuesday I threw a leftover slice in at 350 for exactly 4 minutes and it came out crispy on bottom but not burnt on top. Anyone else find a perfect temp for reheating different foods?

Did you see that one Reddit thread where someone said to put a cup of water in the microwave with leftover Chinese food? I tried that trick with my pizza actually, works better for softer foods than pizza though. But your oven method sounds way more reliable than me guessing at 375 and burning the roof of my mouth. I usually just do 350 for like 5 minutes but I'm gonna try the 4 minute mark next time since my oven is old and lies about its temperature anyway.

Oh man, my friend Karen tried this exact thing last week. She threw her pizza in at 350 for 4 minutes like you said. But her oven runs hot so the cheese got all bubbly and the pepperoni turned into little crispy cups. She said it was the best pizza reheating moment of her life though. Now she's trying it with garlic knots and says they come out almost as good as fresh.
