When Smita got promotion in work, she decided to shift her home at some better place. She purchased a flat on installment basis and started preparing for shifting. However, there were several formalities that she had to complete because of shifting. She had to provide information about her new residential address at the school of her daughter. She also had to made arrangements for new maid and cook. She took leave of one week for making all the arrangements and setting the new home. However, one thing that she forget was to inform the passport office about her new address. After she joined the office again, her friend asked her about passport update address. She then sent an application to the passport office about the change in her residential address.
