The difficult they have always done immediately.  The impossible has sometimes taken a little longer.  Now I admit I have never called them about NHL Baseball Tickets and Schedules or anything remotely kin to that.  I have called them in the final weeks of the hockey season and requested tickets for a game to see the leading contenders and have not been disappointed.  I have no idea how the people at Hallmark Tickets do it but they always seem to be able to get the right tickets at the right time.  And they do it with no hidden fees so what you see is what you get.
