Body Building the Healthy Way
My husband is really into body building and I do a lot of research for him on the subject. He is just too busy working out and actually working to do so, and I refuse to let him take something without researching it first. We have him on several supplements, and lots of natural things. Including raw eggs, casein protein, shakes, vitamins, herbs, and even vitamin water. I also make him go to the doctor pretty often to make sure everything looks as it should. I have read too many stories of body builders getting sick from not paying attention to what they take.
