A couple with a six year old daughter named Athena decided to get a divorce after seven years of marriage. Athena was closer to her father, than her mother for the fact that she’s a daddy’s girl. She was very clingy to her father and she gets whatever she wants whenever she wants it. Her mother was the one who disciplines her and reprimands her whenever her behaviour was unpleasant. When the couple decided to split up, Athena went to the custody of her mother because of her age. Her mother decided to keep her child away from her husband for the reason that she’s afraid her husband might take Athena away from her. The father went to a lawyer to ask about the behavior of the mother. The lawyer explained to the father about parental kidnapping laws in which he could file a case againts Athena’s mother for her behaviour of taking away his rights of seeing Athena without the courts order. With the conflict of the parents, they didn’t come to realize that it was Athena who was affected much.
