Executor of will duites are sometimes hard to delegate

Some of the duties of a executor of will are not so easy to accomplish.

For example the Duty Not to Delegate The executor of will must personally perform the responsibilities of the trusteeship, except when delegating those responsibilities to others would be in the best interest of the trust like delegating duties to an lawyer or tax specialist.  When deciding how to delegate duties, the executor must exercise fiduciary discretion and act as a prudent person would act in similar circumstances. Another duty is to be impartial when dealing with beneficiaries of the estate. The goal is to meet the terms of the last will and testament and not to kind or charitable.
