What makes a ‘perfect new home’ well there is certainly a lot to consider, you have to work out how many rooms, how big you want it, not to mention where you want it to be, deep in the country or in the middle of a town or city. For me, its always been a dream to have some place near to the countryside, but not too far from the shops either, a place that is big enough for me and my partner and the odd guest (all our guests are odd - joke) so with that in mind I’ve been looking around for new home developers in the west midlands as that area is close to Shropshire (a lovely county) and yet not far from Birmingham and other major cities. So far I’ve seen some lovely places, but as yet am still making up my mind, well, a house is the biggest thing you evey buy isn’t it.
