I do not want to have a house that will look like a perfect setting for a horror film. I am not in for some morbidity or emotional so I would not want to have a house that is too dark. I want to have a very open and well lighted house even the outside so I got exterior home lighting installed even before we moved in. I think I have learned my lesson well when we did not have exterior lighting in the previous house where we lived, it as too scary. The exterior lighting is an essential item to have for the house. There really should be nothing else that you would have to secure for the porch than that.
