My sister and I take turns hosting Easter dinner for our family. She does the even numbered years, and I do the odd numbered years. So this year it was my turn, and I had no idea what to put on the menu. I was tired of the traditional recipes, so I got onto the Easter Bunnys Easter Forums, and asked around for some new recipes ideas. I got more than a few great ideas, and when I started bringing dishes out of the kitchen on Sunday afternoon, the reactions were very gratifying! Everyone loved the meal so much, that I’ll never go back to traditional Easter dinners again.
