My sister just had her first baby, a little girl.  I had already gotten my sister one of those folding high chairs from her registry, but I wanted to buy something especially for my niece.  I found a fantastic mobile with red black and white, which is supposed to help them be able to focus early on.  I brought it over and helped my sister install it and we put the baby down to look at it.  She waved her arms around a bit, but I could not tell if it was because of the mobile or not.  I am sure that she will grow into it.
