Trouble Losing Weight
Losing weight has never come easy to me, and I feel that I have to put more of an effort into whatever I choose to try. I have tried to cut calories, but it always ended in me feeling like I was just starving myself. I also tried to exercise a lot more, but ended up feeling overly tired. I have yet to find that one perfect way that works for me. What I would like to do is read through some weightloss reviews, and see what has worked for people in similar situations. I figure that would be the best way to find a new thing to try.
