The Way I Alleviated Anxiety And Panic Attacks
For the past several weeks I’ve experienced some weird feelings. At times my heart races and I have thoughts of impending doom. I know I was stressed out at work; however I have never experienced these symptoms before in my life. I was pretty sure it was stress and I was having anxiety attacks. Because of this I went online to do a little research on Anxiety and Panic Attacks. After reading through a few websites, I determined that I was in fact having problems related to stress. There were some exercises,mostly breathing, that I saw in one of the sites that I decided to try out. These exercises worked for me.
