Sciatica Exercises Help Ease Back Muscle Pain

I’ve been doing a lot of hard work lately, doing some lifting and it’s made my back very sore. I wasn’t going to go to the doctor and tried a few home remedies to help myself feel better but nothing really worked.  I went to my physician and he told me that I have a problem with my sciatic nerve and that the pain will go away if I take some medication and rest my back.  He also suggested that I try to find an sciatica exercise that I enjoy doing which will also help strengthen my core and back muscles.
