I have had a contract with Vodafone Mobile Phone Coverage for years and I’m a good customer with a high usage account so they generally do their best. In general i found them very polite over the phone and In store it’s always a welcoming atmosphere, always clean and tidy and the staff seem trained to a high standard. They have a range of phones on contract and pay as you go tariffs and the staff are helpful in finding a phone and tariff that suits you. Any customer service dealings i have had with Vodafone have been very good. I was really very happy with their service, and have just renewed another year’s contract with them
