Many engineers, architects and construction designers have jumped on the bandwagon of making their creations environmentally friendly. In doing so, they have taken the proper education to reach accreditation to be able to produce the green buildings that are so much better for Mother Earth. When designing and constructing their buildings, they should have a good idea of what LEED certification characteristics their buildings will sustain. They should prepare a budget accordingly and stick to the target of how much to spend and what the attributes that the building will have. In following those steps, they should be successful and be able to attain the certification rating they desire.
